Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the PAW+™ platform — including the website at startpupp.com, any associated mobile applications, APIs, or related services (collectively, the "Service") — you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and "you" refers to both you and that entity. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Service. Acceler8 AI Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or a prominent in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

PAW+™ is a pet safety and wellness platform that provides, among other features: • Pet identity and medical records management • Veterinarian-reviewed first-aid reference cards and a curated clinic directory • Real-time GPS-based location tracking (where location permission is granted) • Vet-on-demand consultation facilitation • Pet travel document assistance and cross-border pet travel information • Discovery of pet-friendly establishments • Community and social features for pet owners The Service is currently in a pre-launch, waitlist phase. Features described on the platform are subject to change prior to and following commercial launch. We do not warrant that any specific feature will be available at any particular time.

To use the Service, you must: (a) Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher; (b) Have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts; (c) Not be prohibited from using the Service under the laws of Singapore or your jurisdiction; (d) Not have previously been suspended or removed from the Service for a breach of these Terms. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

4.1 Registration Where account creation is required, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. 4.2 Account security You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at legal@acceler8ai.io of any unauthorised use of your account. 4.3 One account per person You may not create multiple accounts. We reserve the right to merge or terminate duplicate accounts. 4.4 Account termination You may delete your account at any time via the in-app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

By joining the PAW+™ waitlist, you: (a) Consent to receive periodic updates about the Service via the email address provided; (b) Acknowledge that joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Service or any specific features; (c) Acknowledge that waitlist position does not confer any priority rights, contractual rights, or entitlements to discounts or pricing; (d) May opt out of waitlist communications at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email we send, or by contacting us at legal@acceler8ai.io. We reserve the right to modify waitlist policies, close the waitlist, or grant access on any basis at our sole discretion.

You agree not to: 6.1 Illegal or harmful conduct • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation • Harass, threaten, or harm any other user or third party • Upload or share content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or infringes third-party rights 6.2 Technical misuse • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, servers, or databases • Use automated bots, scrapers, or data-mining tools without our written consent • Introduce malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt the Service • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security or access controls • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service 6.3 Commercial misuse • Reproduce, resell, or sublicense the Service without our written permission • Use the Service to collect data about other users without their consent Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

IMPORTANT: The PAW+™ platform provides informational and logistical support tools. It does NOT constitute veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 7.1 No veterinary-client-patient relationship is formed through the Service. 7.2 Any first-aid reference material or clinic directory information provided by the Service is for general informational purposes only. In any pet emergency, you should contact a licensed veterinarian or an emergency animal hospital immediately. 7.3 We do not verify the credentials, qualifications, or suitability of any veterinarian listed on or connected through the Service. Your engagement with any veterinary professional is entirely at your own risk and is a separate contract between you and that professional. 7.4 GPS location data is provided on a best-efforts basis and may not be accurate in all circumstances. Do not rely solely on the Service for safety-critical location functions. 7.5 We are not liable for any pet injury, illness, death, or financial loss arising from reliance on information provided through the Service.

8.1 Our intellectual property All content, features, functionality, trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, and graphical elements of the Service — including "PAW+™", "StartPupp", "Pet Safety OS™", and associated designs — are owned by or licensed to Acceler8 AI Pte. Ltd. and are protected by Singapore and international intellectual property laws. You may not use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent. 8.2 Your content By uploading or submitting any content (including pet photos, reviews, or messages) to the Service, you grant Acceler8 AI Pte. Ltd. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You retain all ownership rights to your content. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this licence. 8.3 Feedback Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you.

9.1 Pricing When paid features are introduced, current pricing will be displayed within the Service. All prices are inclusive of applicable Singapore GST unless stated otherwise. 9.2 Payment processing Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We do not store your full card details. 9.3 Subscriptions Subscription plans, where offered, will auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel at any time via account settings. 9.4 Refunds Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which will be published prior to the launch of paid features. Statutory rights under Singapore law are unaffected. 9.5 Price changes We will provide at least 30 days' notice of pricing changes for active subscriptions.

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services, websites, and applications ("Third-Party Services"). We do not endorse, control, or assume any responsibility for Third-Party Services. Your use of any Third-Party Service is subject to that service's own terms and privacy policies. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of Third-Party Services.

11.1 "As is" basis THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. 11.2 Service availability We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. 11.3 Limitation of liability TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACCELER8 AI PTE. LTD. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE. 11.4 Aggregate liability cap Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) SGD 100 or (b) the total amounts paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 11.5 Jurisdiction exceptions Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In such cases, the limitations above apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Acceler8 AI Pte. Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) Your use of or access to the Service; (b) Your violation of these Terms; (c) Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights; (d) Any content you submit to the Service.

13.1 Governing law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. 13.2 Dispute resolution In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve it by contacting us at legal@acceler8ai.io. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. 13.3 Class action waiver You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only, and not as part of any class or representative action, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14.1 Entire agreement These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Acceler8 AI Pte. Ltd. with respect to the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements. 14.2 Severability If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. 14.3 Waiver Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. 14.4 Assignment You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction. 14.5 Force majeure We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, government action, pandemics, or network failures. 14.6 Language These Terms are drafted in English. Any translation is provided for convenience only. In case of conflict, the English version prevails.
