The index,
not the document
We don't replace your pet's passport. We make sure you never arrive not knowing what's in it. The stickers in the booklet are the record that counts — Protect is where you photograph them, confirm what they say, and keep them ready before you reach the vet.
Confirmed, or it doesn’t count
Every date is checked by a human against the photo. A field nobody has confirmed stays a question, never a date we act on.
The chip number, typed twice
Fifteen digits where one transposition looks perfectly plausible — so it is entered twice and compared, with the photo on screen throughout.
Show it, offline
One screen in large type — chip, rabies dates, titre, certificates — held up across a counter, with or without signal. The photo stays as the backup.
